Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garment remains in its original, pristine condition.

  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Processing and Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
